Recipe Description | A traditional clear broth finish. |
Instructions | In a 2 quart pot with 1 quart water, add salt, pepper, allspice, |
onion, chicken, and rice. Add carrots and celery and water to fill pot |
and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour until chicken is tender. |
Serve with cinnamon added to taste. |
