Recipe DescriptionA traditional clear broth finish.

InstructionsIn a 2 quart pot with 1 quart water, add salt, pepper, allspice,

onion, chicken, and rice. Add carrots and celery and water to fill pot

and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour until chicken is tender.

Serve with cinnamon added to taste.
